Frequent night wakings
Bedtime battles
False starts
Short naps
Feeling touched out
Early rising
What would it mean to your family to get a consistently good night sleep?
Sound familiar?
You’ve got zero time in the evenings to just breathe and do something for you..gym? tv time? a hobby? going out with friends?
Your whole day revolves around naps, wake windows, and trying to get your baby to sleep. It's exhausting, all-consuming, and leaves you feeling like you're constantly doing something wrong.
You miss your partner (remember those peaceful TV evenings together?)
One of you feels stuck doing all the settling because baby relies on only you to fall asleep, while the other is desperate to help.
You feel guilty for wanting more sleep- but newsflash: you matter too
You’re running on empty, struggling to function, and wondering if you'll ever get a break
You’re completely overwhelmed by all the unrealistic, copy-paste sleep advice online

If you’re nodding along- you’re not alone. And you don’t have to keep powering through. I can support you in transforming your little ones sleep and start to feel like you again.
This isn’t about strict routines
This isn’t about strict routines, magic solutions or “fixing” your baby.
My approach is all about balance- making sleep work for your family, not the other way around. I’ll help you understand what’s going on with your little one’s sleep, figure out what’s realistic for your home life, and create a plan that feels doable.
Together, we’ll:
-
Cut through the noise and focus on what’s actually going to help
-
Make changes at a pace that feels right for you..not just a quick fix, chuck a plaster over it type thing, but empowering you to feel confident in your little one's sleep long term
-
Keep things flexible enough for classes, days out and real-life chaos
-
Prioritise both your little one’s needs and your own (because you matter too)
No extremes. No pressure. Just supportive, practical and realistic sleep help that makes sense for your life right now.
How Sleep support works
Four straightforward steps. No overwhelm, no rigid rules. Just clear guidance and a plan that actually fits your life.
1. Initial Chat
A free 15-minute call where we have a proper chat about what's going on, get to know each other, and make sure I'm the right fit for your family. No pressure or judgement.
2. Sleep Logs
Before we dive in, you'll log a few days of sleep in the app I've built (Littles Baby Tracker). This gives me a really clear picture of what's actually happening so your plan is built on your little one's real patterns and sleep needs, not generic charts.
3. Consultation and Personalised Plan
A 45 minute video call where we go through everything together. By the end, you'll have a clear plan built around your little one's temperament, routine, and your family which I send over in a PDF.
4. Real-time Support
Three weeks of support on Whatsapp messages and voice notes with both parents in a group chat (and anyone from the wider family if you'd like too!) I can see your sleep logs in my app, so I can spot patterns early, tweak things quickly and check in before I've even had my morning cuppa.

Hi, I'm Becca
I’m a mum of two , a lively 4 year old and a sassy 2 year old, so believe me when I say: I get it.
When my first baby was born, things were far from smooth. We battled through a long list of challenges - CMPA, Erb’s Palsy, a very late tongue tie diagnosis, and I spent the first year feeling completely out of control and utterly exhausted. When the 4-month sleep regression hit? It just about broke me.
In the middle of the chaos, I decided to focus on the one thing I could try to improve: sleep. I reached out to a Sleep Coach, and honestly? It changed everything. My little boy finally started sleeping well (bar the usual colds and illness drama), and I felt like I could breathe again.
After experiencing postnatal depression, I knew I wanted to turn that tough start into something positive. That’s why I trained as a certified Sleep Coach and created Dreams for Littles, so I could support other parents to feel more in control, less overwhelmed, and way more rested.
Because every family deserves sleep. And I’m here to help you get it - without the drama, pressure or unrealistic routines.
Book a call to find out how I can support your family too!
