Dreams for Littles Sleep Coach

Hi, I’m Becca, founder of Dreams for Littles and Mum to two little whirlwinds aged 3 and 1.

Like so many parents, I didn’t have the dreamy start to motherhood that I’d imagined. My eldest had a really tough first year- we were dealing with CMPA, Erb’s Palsy, a tongue tie that was picked up far too late, and a whole lot of sleepless nights. I felt helpless, overwhelmed, and completely burnt out.

Then the 4-month sleep regression hit… and that was my breaking point.

I decided to focus on the one thing I might be able to change- sleep. I reached out to a Sleep Coach and it honestly changed everything for our family. My little boy finally started sleeping well, and I began to feel like me again.

After that experience (and coming through postnatal depression), I knew I wanted to support other parents who were stuck in that same exhausted, foggy place. So I trained as a certified Baby and Toddler Sleep Coach and created Dreams for Littles to help families find their way to better sleep- without extremes, pressure, or rigid routines that make life harder.

Am I the right Sleep Coach for you?

Choosing someone to support you with your little one’s sleep is a big deal. You’re trusting them with your little ones sleep, your sanity, and your already very limited time and energy- and that’s not something I take lightly.

  • There’s no one-size-fits-all approach-  every little one is different, and every family has different needs, routines and priorities. Your sleep plan should reflect your reality, not someone else’s schedule.

  • Sleep support should be realistic-  if it only works on paper or traps you at home all day, it’s not the right plan. I work with you to build a routine that fits around your life- baby classes, plans, siblings and all.

  • Parents matter too- your wellbeing, your relationship, your ability to function and feel like you again…it’s just as important as your baby’s sleep.

  • No judgement, no pressure- we’re not waiting for things to magically improve on their own, but we’re also not rushing into “quick fixes” that don’t feel right. My approach is all about balance, confidence and progress that lasts.

If you’re after support that meets you where you’re at- with empathy, honesty, and a bit of humour along the way- we’ll get on just fine.

Here's what I believe
