My website uses cookies to help it function properly and to understand how visitors use the site. Cookies are small text files stored on your device. The types of cookies used include:

  • Essential cookies: necessary for the website to function

  • Analytics cookies: help me understand how visitors interact with the site (e.g. which pages are visited most)

  • Marketing/preference cookies: may be used to show relevant content

When you visit my website, you will be asked to consent to non-essential cookies. You can manage or withdraw your cookie preferences at any time via the cookie settings on the website. Please note that disabling certain cookies may affect how the website functions.

3. Legal Basis for Processing Your Data

Under UK GDPR, I rely on the following legal bases to process your personal information:

I will never sell your personal data to third parties or use it for purposes other than those described in this policy.

5. Who I Share Your Data With

I work with a small number of trusted third-party services to run my business. Your data may be processed by:

I take the security of your personal data seriously. Measures I take include:

  • Using password-protected accounts and devices

  • Working with reputable third-party platforms that maintain their own security standards

  • Limiting access to personal data to only what is necessary to deliver my services

In the unlikely event of a data breach that poses a risk to your rights, I will notify you and the ICO as required by law.

9. Children's Data

Much of the data I process relates to young children. I take extra care with this information. I only collect the minimum data necessary to provide my service, and I process children's personal data solely on the basis of consent given by the child's parent or guardian.
