Dreams for Littles offers baby tracking features, including sleep, feeding, and nappy changes. For users who have purchased the Dreams for Littles sleep support package, additional services and support may be available, as described below.

 

4. Sleep Coach Package

 

• Users who purchase the sleep coach package receive access to additional resources, including personalised guidance from our Baby and Toddler Sleep Coach.

• By purchasing this package, you agree that designated administrators may access your baby’s logs solely to provide personalised support. This access is regulated to ensure your privacy.

• Sleep coaching support is provided for general informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice. Always consult your healthcare provider for medical advice regarding your child’s health and sleep.

 

5. User Responsibilities

 

• Account Security: You are responsible for safeguarding your account and keeping your login credentials confidential. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use.

• Accuracy of Data: You agree to provide accurate, complete, and updated information to ensure the app functions correctly.

 

• Health Information: The information provided by Dreams for Littles, including the sleep support package, is intended for general wellness purposes only and should not be interpreted as medical advice. Always seek the guidance of a healthcare provider regarding any health concerns.

 

6. Payment and Refund Policy

 

• Payment: Certain features, including the sleep coach package, require payment. By purchasing these services, you agree to pay the fees indicated at the time of purchase.
