1. Initial Chat
A free 15-minute call where we have a proper chat about what's going on, get to know each other, and make sure I'm the right fit for your family. No pressure or judgement.
2. Sleep Logs
Before we dive in, you'll log a few days of sleep in my app. This gives me a really clear picture of what's actually happening so your plan is built on your little one's real patterns and sleep needs, not generic charts.
3. Consultation and Personalised Plan
A 45 minute video call where we go through everything together. By the end, you'll have a clear plan built around your little one's temperament, routine, and your family which I send over in a PDF.
4. Real-time Support
Three weeks of support on Whatsapp messages and voice notes with both parents in a group chat (and anyone from the wider family if you'd like too!) I can see your sleep logs in my app, so I can spot patterns early, tweak things quickly and check in before I've even had my morning cuppa.
