Hi, I'm Becca
Baby and Toddler Sleep Coach at Dreams for Littles. I have a little boy who is 2 and a little girl who is 8 months old and I am passionate about all things sleep.
​After a very bumpy first year with my son, feeling very out of control and fighting for diagnosis of CMPA, Erbs Palsy and a very late identified tongue tie, I felt completely helpless and exhausted. This is something I really struggled with and when the 4 month sleep regression hit, everything felt impossible. I decided to focus all my energy on what I could control and researched everything about sleep. Since then, my little boy has slept like a dream, minus the odd illness.
